Landlord and Tenant Board Update

The Landlord and Tenant Board hired 26 new adjudicators to help deal with its backlog of matters. We are now starting to see hearing dates trickle in and matters slowly move forward. A positive for both landlords and tenants whom have been waiting quite some time for a hearing date.
